Wonderful home in Lakeland
The home was perfect for a week in Lakeland! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, with many amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic communication from owner of the property, as well. I will definitely stay again at this wonderful home during return trips to Lakeland.

Having lived all over the US and Internationally, my husband and I now have the opportunity to provide a lovely historic bungalow in Lakeland, Florida where history meets comfort. Being sensitive to our guests needs as they travel is something we are very familiar with and will strive to provide a sanctuary that you will want to return to again and again.

Why they chose this property

Finding the Olive Branch Bungalow in the Cumberland Historic District was incredible! Being able to walk to Lake Hollingsworth to take in the evening sunsets or enjoying the free Sunday Ski Shows, strolling over to the library & Polk County Art Museum, and biking in to town brings so much pleasure. We are also huge Frank Lloyd Wright fans and the Olive Branch Bungalow is actually located in the backyard of Florida Southern University which is FLW's largest architectural collection in the world! Having 4 Universities close by keeps us young at heart as we explore all of the new family owned businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, co-working spaces and parks!

What makes this property unique

The Olive Branch Bungalow is centrally located with easy access to I-4 and Walt Disney World and Tampa/St. Pete Beaches. The attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort will draw you in. Having everything you need to make your favorite cup-a coffee, dinner, or barbecue hanging out on the large outdoor deck! And even an evening bike ride around the lake will feel like home.
