Property address is listed wrong on website but quickly found correct address by contacting host. House was clean and very comfortable. Close to Publix Merchant field and a lot of restaurants and other amenities. Pool was a little dirty with leaves but the temperature outside was only 60 so wasnt going to swim. Overall a nice house.

Thank you for staying at our home, The pool is open to leaves and we try very hard to keep open airy feel for a florida swim we are in winter and storms come thru often throwing leaves 🍁

Great location

My family and I were in town to see Spring Training. This house was in a great location for us, it was perfectly clean and very well stocked. The pool was fantastic, my family enjoyed sitting out side and enjoyed the patio.

Good Spot

Overall, I would recommend this house. It is in a good location- close to stores and restaurants. The wrong address was sent so it took a minute to find and I had to ask for check in instructions. The pool was not the cleanest but overall the house was nice.

Birthday week family visit

We came to visit family in nearby Plant City. The house is close to all of the fun things we did for the entirety of my birthday week. My kids loved the pool and I loved the convenient location. Carol is a great host.

The home fit our needs perfectly!

The house was clean and convenient. We had our springer spaniel with us. She loved the swimming pool. We were there in January and we humans thought the weather was too cool for swimming.

Tigers Spring Training

We stayed for two nights, our plan was to relax at the property when we were not attending Spring Training baseball games. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool during our stay. It is heated but not below 75 degrees, per host. We opted to eat out rather than to cook and dine in, due to the game schedule. We didn't use the kitchen, other than to place leftovers in the fridge. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced. Which I did inform the host of this. Two things that I want to mention, the address in VRBO is slightly different than what the host provided. Which I am glad that the host provided the correct house number, we were arriving after dark and missed the street and the house. The other thing is the VRBO info listed check out at 11:00AM. However, our host texted the morning of check out, letting us know check out was 10:00AM. I didn't see this until 9:00AM. This put us in hussle mode. We checked out with 15 minutes to spare. If these details could be updated, it would be good to know. The host was quick to respond. Especially, when there was a concern about temperature settings and where to locate items, like towels. Not to complain, but neighbors' dogs were barking at all hours of the night and the other homes on the street are pretty run down. This was a surprise the next morning, when we went to leave. But the house is 2.5 miles from the Joker Merchant stadium, which was the purpose for our visit. Our trip was for baseball.
