A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. A big living room with 2 couches, dining room table and a smart tv. Bedroom has a good amount of space with queen bed, dresser, closet space and a smart tv. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around and park a truck with boat. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard.

Perfect place for us. We were attending an event at Spire and this location was great. It was also clean and comfortable. So nice to have access to a kitchen rather than staying at a hotel!

The unit was clean, but it was not remodeled as it was advertised you had rubber wall tiles coming off in the kitchen. There was paint on the trim of the shower chip marks in the wall pieces of drywall missing completely dark outside no curb appeal whatsoever you had to walk from the back parking lot to the front of the house in complete darkness not a good thing. We don’t even stay our full term. We left early on Saturday morning. The bed was too hard to sleep in, and the sheets felt funny like you were sticking to them. I would not recommend this to any of my friends. The worst part was when we pulled in the street. Some neighbor’s dog jumped on my pick up truck Wasn’t real happy about that right off the bat so again I would not recommend this facility or remodeled duplex triplex.
