Located in the heart of Snowmass, a residential house just a three minute drive from Snowmass Village and the ski resort! This entire 2BR/2BT basement of a single-family home sits on an 1/4 acre and is completely private and quiet. You rent the entire basement level that has been renovated with a private entrance, hot tub, fenced yard, barbecue grill, equipment storage and parking for up to 3 cars. This property is pet friendly with the maximum of four pets. The homeowner lives upstairs part time with two dogs, with the complete separate entrance and exit.
