Hi, Megan. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry for the disappointment caused by having to move you to a different property and understand how frustrating it can be when the replacement doesn't fully match the amenities you originally booked. We also apologize for the noise disturbance from the neighboring dog. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can continue improving how we communicate and handle these situations in the future.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to host you again!

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, Kristin! We're really sorry to hear that several aspects of the property fell short of your expectations. Our team has reached out upon receiving your comments to try and assist you, but we didn't receive a response. Please know we are ready to help in any way we can. Hi, Kay. Thank you for staying with us! We're so sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the parking and check-in timing. We understand how that could be frustrating and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Upon further investigating, we found out that we weren't informed by our cleaner that she was still on-site at that time, so we didn’t have the chance to give you a proper heads-up. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and rest assured that we're working with our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. Despite this, we hope you had a comfortable stay overall! Thanks again for your feedback.
