Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and rooftop deck. The only off-limits areas are a couple of utility closets on the first floor.

Nestled just southeast of downtown, Beacon Hill is one of Seattle’s most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. Known for its charming residential streets, scenic viewpoints, and welcoming community feel, it offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the heart of the city.
You’ll find a great mix of local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within minutes. Jefferson Park, one of Seattle’s largest green spaces, is nearby and features stunning views of the city skyline and Mount Rainier, along with walking trails, a golf course, and playgrounds.
Beacon Hill is also well-connected, making it easy to reach downtown, the stadiums, and major attractions by car or public transit. Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, Beacon Hill is a wonderful place to call home during your stay.
Getting Around:
Getting around the neighborhood is easy and convenient. Beacon Hill is a walkable area with nearby parks, cafes, and restaurants just a short stroll away. For exploring beyond the neighborhood, public transit is easily accessible. Bus stops are close by, and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to downtown Seattle, the airport, and more.
The home includes one assigned parking spot located behind the property. Guests will also find plenty of free street parking available on the surrounding streets with no permits or meters required. Additionally, a newly added city bike lane runs along the main street in front of the property, making it safe and easy to explore the area by bike or on foot.
Other Things to Note:
For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. A doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and two additional cameras monitor the alleyway. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay.
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty all the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked
- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
