Welcome to Peachy Keen! This warm and inviting three bedroom house is centrally-located, with all the modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable with the added delight of a backyard creek that is frequented by deer to welcome you during your stay. Located in a quaint section of the Perrymont neighborhood, it is excellent for evening walks, & is close to all that Lynchburg has to offer. Just 4 miles to Liberty Univ, 4 miles to downtown, and just 2.7 miles from Centra Hospital. **Pet friendly**

Please note: There is a basement apartment below this unit. The spaces are entirely separate, however there may be other guests on the property. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours and to be respectful of the other guests to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay.

9 Day Stay at Peachy-Keen

Our stay at Peachy-Keen couldn’t have been better. The home was nicely appointed and our host, Jennifer, thought of everything! We hope to stay here when we return to the Lynchburg area.

Hubby and l did a quick trip to explore Lynchburg, Bedford, and Peaks of Otter. Our stay was great! The home was clean and a great location - Uber friendly too!

So cute!

Me and my friends needed a place to stay near University of Lynchburg while visiting some other friends and this space was great! Super cute and clean and has many basic essentials, would definitely stay here again in the future!

Super cute Lynchburg bungalow

This small (but roomy) bungalow is super cute and probably the cleanest VRBO rental I’ve ever experienced. It is so conveniently located to everything Lynchburg has to offer. We were there for my grandson to attend summer camp at Liberty University and it was only 10 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Son’s pre-deployment get together

Peachy Keen is adorable! The house and entire property was unbelievably clean! Our host had the house stocked with all of essentials so we were made to feel very comfortable and at home. The house is very well taken care of and you can tell how much the host cares for her house. It was an amazing stay and will be staying there again upon visiting my son after he returns from deployment.

Quaint

The place had all things needed that you would have at your own home. Nice, clean quarters with ample storage closets and dressers. Beds were comfortable. Only thing a dog started barking loud in the morning, but otherwise everything was great. I would start again if in the area.

College Drop-Off week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peachy Keen. Jennifer was so helpful and quick to respond to any and every question I had. The three bedroom home was just perfect for our stay. We enjoyed sharing meals in the kitchen and visiting in the evening in the comfortable living room furniture. I highly recommend this charming peaceful place. With the excitement and anticipation of dropping off our daughter as a freshman, I was grateful to have this quiet get away for us to process and make this important transition. Thank you Jennifer for making our stay so welcoming.

I absolutely adore this quaint little neighborhood! The hills, the trees, the views and the feel. It is tucked in a great little spot, yet close to all that Lynchburg has to offer!
