Beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom home located in a culdasac in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just a short 5 minute drive from restaurants and the popular Plaza Las Americas shopping center, located approximately 4 miles from Imperial Beach and easy access to I-5 freeways and 905 freeway. San Diego Airport and Downtown San Diego are a 20-25 minute drive away. Perfect for any large or small families and friends!!

The space
This house is 2195 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. 1 bedroom is located downstairs and the other 4 are upstairs. The house has central heating/air conditioning and a fireplace. There is a backyard with seating area, propane grill and a fire pit. Plenty of parking on the premises and free parking in the street.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage, the garage is used to store cleaning supplies and furniture.

Family oriented home

We stayed here for 12 days. The home was perfectly set up for an extended visit. Plenty of areas for the family to hang out and relax together when we had the chance. There are plenty of stores nearby for anything your crew might need. It really is an ideal location for getting around to all the sights San Diego can offer. The home is 2 minutes off the freeway both incoming and outgoing, making traveling extremely easy and efficient. It is nestled into a community that feels like a suburb, yet, it is so close to all the urban necessities one would like. If Mexican food is something you like, there are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room for parking off street, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet most nights, we heard only one outdoor party on graduation night and it was barely audible inside the home. I would absolutely look to stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

Great large home for gathering and cooking

The place is Nicky located off I5 near a 7-11 and a Vons is close by. It was easy to find and get in to the house. Most kitchenware was available for use. Laundry units were available too. That was helpful. Lots of seating for gatherings. We had a cousins trip and was able to seat everyone while eating. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bedroom only has a shower in it that is about accessible for people with some disabilities unfortunately. It did make that a bit difficult. The toilet downstairs is located on the opposite side of the house from the shower. They offer some fruits and vegetable trees to use. That was really nice and made the house feel more welcoming. Overall great time.
