Primitive campsite for perfect observation of the April 8th Total Solar Eclipse. Crow Mountain is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood in Russellville, USA. Known for its natural beauty, Residents love the area for its lush trees and pristine views. It's a safe, friendly community where dogs are welcome too. The field where you'll be able to spend the night, will provide a perfectly clear view of the totality of the Solar Eclipse. We're offering taped off sections of our field on top of Crow Mountain so you can enjoy the Eclipse and this rare phenomenon from a elevated and beautiful setting.
1. You need to be self-contained. No amenities are provided; such as water, restrooms or trash cans.
2. Keep a Pack-In Pack-Out camp. Follow Leave No Trace guidelines.
3. Do not try to level or dig trenches in the ground at your campsite.
4. Clean up after your pets: Whether you're at your campsite, walking through the campground or hiking on a nearby trail, always clean up after your pets. Be sure your pet doesn't go to the bathroom on someone else's campsite, either.
5. Don't cut through campsites: Unless you know your neighbors, avoid cutting through anyone's campsite. People pay to be at the campground, making the site their personal space for the duration of their stay.
6. Respect quiet hours: Nearly every campground has quiet hours, usually from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. These are put in place for those who need to get a good night sleep or are camping with children. Voices carry in the still of night, so be respectful of this time. Be mindful of your early morning routine, as well, which can be just as disturbing.
7. Use lowlights: When driving through the campground or unloading your car in the dark, turn off your headlights and use your lowlights. For those around you, the bright lights can disturb sleep. Once you arrive at the campground, use lanterns and flashlights.
8. Due to the regular use of the field and concerns for safety, please refrain from building any fires in or around your site. Any violation of this will result in your immediate dismissal from the campsite.
