Near Gaslamp district, local hospitals, beautiful dog park, convenient stores, amazing restaurants all within 2 minute walks. Pet friendly. Gym inside building as well, with washer and dryer inside the premises. FREE PARKING inside structure. Studio is also near by little Italy, Sea Port Village and Petco Park! All amenities included, such as Internet/Wifi, coffee maker, kitchen/cooking supplies, ironing board, blacked out curtains for our workers with night shifts! Ready for your long term or short term stay.
