This gorgeous 4-bedroom 3-bath costal dream home is fully stocked.
Located in the heart of cape coral and only 2 miles from downtowns amazing food and nightlife. Only 20 mins to the Beaches and shopping malls. but why not stay in and relax in this nearly 2,500 sq ft home made to host and grill out and float in our amazing oversized heated pool or stay and do some fishing at our huge dock with a great bite! Where the Snook, tarpon, jack’s, snapper and don’t forget we live in shark estuary and the drum make daily visits! or bring your boat to our 40 ft private dock. Fishing poles and basic tackle included!
This amazing find has the most inviting feel with an open split floor plan, it features 2 living spaces with room to be with the ones you love but not on top of them....
The king suite, kitchen and most common areas lead to the outdoor oasis.
In addition, there is a queen guest room and two twin bedrooms one includes a desk with workspace!
Come and join us, in loving all the little things, this home is full of amazing detail and charm!
Join us in comfortably sleeping 9 - 10 when utilizing all beds futon and couches! We have supplied all things home and vacation for your enjoyment, and pleasure! No parties or any unapproved get-togethers! Sorry we want to keep the home and Neighborhood safe and friendly! If you’re looking to personalize your trip, please reach out to me in advance and let me know what you’re looking for, I can make it happen if you’re simply looking for having groceries and drinks delivered to the house. Couldn't have picked a more beautiful house or fantastic host. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, a very large supply of towels and blankets, and so many added touches/supplies to make the vacation stress-free. Monica was very accommodating. Next time we visit Cape Coral, we will rebook this home!

Monica was an amazing host and communicated very well. The house was perfect and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house had pretty much everything you needed. We were able to rent a boat from Cape Family boat rental and dock it at the house. They were also great to work with. We spent most of our time on the patio just because it was the perfect setup. The pool needs a little help with service and Monica tried to address it with the pool company but I don’t think they know what they are doing. Would suggest finding someone else. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
