With five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone is sure to be comfortable while you're here. Located just a short stroll from downtown Southern Pines, this home is ideally situated in the heart of the sandhills, with everything the area has to offer at your fingertips. The home features a central great room with a large well-appointed kitchen, dining space, and living room that is great for hosting get-togethers, holiday meals, or your not-so-average weekend golf outing. Enjoy a meal or a great conversation around the massive kitchen island. Watch a movie or your favorite team on the large TV over the fireplace. Have a drink while enjoying the flames of the fire table on the front patio. And after a long day of friends, family, and fun, retreat to one of the five cozy bedrooms for a comfortable nights sleep to do it all again tomorrow.

Such a perfect stay for 4 ladies!!! We were in town just to shop and eat. The location is perfect!! Especially for spending 1 day in Seagrove. None of us are golfers, it didn't matter, still so much to do between Southern Pines and Pinehurst.

We had a great stay at the Dogwood. The home is decorated beautifully and the fenced in lawn was perfect for our two pups. We will definitely book another stay at this property in the future.

This property is a gem! Great location just a short walk to shops and dining on Broad Street located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. This was perfect for our group with a wide open, kitchen-dining - living space and great area for entertaining. Southern Pines is such a wonderful place to live and visit! We love that it has a "small town" feel but is so vibrant and bustling with activity! With so many shops, restaurants, attractions, and community events (many of them walkable), it truly has everything you would want.

What makes this property unique

This property is our first home, which we lovingly renovated to be our "forever home". Plans change and we're thrilled to be able to offer it to travelers visiting the area. We hope you love it as much as we do! Originally built in the 1930's, we modernized the home for contemporary living: a spacious great-room for everyone to gather, updated bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, and a large fenced yard.
