One More Chance is what I prayed for 5 years ago. Everyone has a story. This house and property are when I saw a glimpse of hope and decided my life was worth it. I hope to encourage everyone I meet.
I was born and raised surrounded by the beautiful lakes and mountains of East TN. Growing up my father (Ray) would take my brothers and all our friends water skiing on both, the Tennessee River and Norris Lake.
The lake gave me a place to explore with my friends and family. I felt free and able to be myself. Some of the most peaceful times I had as a child was when my father was pulling me skiing behind his 1995 Malibu Sunsetter ski boat and there was no one around but him and I.
The one job I am most proud of is the incredible father that I am today. Children push you to the extremes of all the emotions, and I have 3 amazing children of my own. They inspire me and challenge me in ways they will never understand.
The one decision I am most proud of happened over a decade ago and that was when I married my wife, Stephanie. If someone asked me today, "who is the most impressive person you have ever met?" I would say Stephanie. From executive career woman, to adoring mother, to the biggest answered prayer of my life, she would inspire, encourage, and empower anyone.
I am an analytical chemist that supports clean water analysis. The best part about my job is meeting interesting people from all different backgrounds and learning how my product can support their workflow.
We are always growing and learning. Failure is part of the process. Never give up and remember, you are never alone.

I wasn't looking at land, we didn't have the funds or a plan, but something made me put in my information...
It was the wildest experience of my life. Cars lined the street (60+) for the first group which we were in. We got the lot lines and pricing that morning and we then had to run to the land and claim the lots....
I chose this lot because it was 1.5 acres and most of the other waterfront are 1 acre. Also, the shape of the lot is like a pizza slice and the water front extends 300 feet. We are situated slightly into the cove so the waves are slowed down.

Every single angle of the property makes it unique.
The outside is absolutely stunning and 100% practical and useful. This is because of all the years I spent on the lakes in TN, starring at all the beautiful lake homes, and understanding their accessibility to the water. Because that is a very important part of having a lake home.
