-- A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all bookings made through Booking dot com. This must be paid before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and all house rules have been followed.

- Our landscaper comes to the property every Thursday to cut the grass in the front and rear of the house.

- No shoes indoors, please remove at the door

- Pets allowed on request – please contact us to confirm, thanks.

- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

- Garbage and recycling bins provided at the rear of the building. Please use appropriately

- Please wash used dishes, dishwasher and cleaning supplies provided

- All food and beverages are to be consumed in the kitchen, dining and outdoor seating area
- Please put used towels in the hamper provided or leave in the bathtub at the end of your stay
-Please close the umbrellas after each use and never leave them open overnight, as strong winds can cause damage.
-In the event of household items being damaged or broken we require you to contact us to arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture
- We are also not responsible or liable for any damages, loss or injuries occurred during your stay in our home
- Our home is located in a quiet building therefore no parties, no illegal activities . Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction.
-Please note that we do not allow parties at our home, we will only host responsible and mature adults and families.
-Due to Niagara Noise By-law. Please keep noise levels down at all times
