Located on Kentucky Lake with a private boat launch and dock, this 4-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom home is the perfect launching pad for all of your lakefront adventures. You’ll be minutes away from local parks and trails too! After a day of boating, fishing, and swimming, return to the rental for a relaxing evening spent roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and stargazing from the balcony.

Its the ONLY house on a Huge cove! VERY secluded.

Perfect for water sports and swimming in the warm season, and for reading, playing games, and relaxing in the cool season.
Public hunting areas are nearby and great fishing year around!

House includes access to:
2 double and 1 single kayaks.
2 stand-up paddleboard.
1 peddle boat.
Pool table

The loft and 3rd bathroom are above the detached garage. Great place for kids to hang out or provide a family/couple a bit of space.

We loved staying here! We thoroughly enjoyed spending a lot of quality time on the enclosed back patio. We also spent a lot of time out at the fire pit. We try to go somewhere different every year and this place was our favorite. It was perfect for a family of 8, good size and plenty of activities to do. Highly recommend!

The property was clean matched the description given. It was secluded and peaceful. The house and loft are set up in a way that easily accommodated a large group. The host was very prompt in answering any questions, and was very detailed about check-in and amenities available. We would stay here again! The access to the lake was perfect! There were no issues with Wi-Fi. It worked perfect, as it is a very remote location and cell service is limited.

Really the worlds end

We were looking for a secluded, quiet, yet beautiful lakefront property and this place checked every box. All the amenties available here made for a perfect trip for all the members of our extended family from the baby to Grandma.

We had a great time overall! Pros: We appreciated the remote and peaceful property. Plenty of room to explore, play games together, relax, and take the provided kayaks and paddle board on the water.Cons: The maintenance guy arriving the first morning to service the hot tub, which is fine, but he’s not knowledgeable about how to do it and with the chemicals added, told us we couldn’t use it for several hours (he read me the bottle). He also brought a friend just hanging out in the yard while he worked. Very unprofessional and unappreciated. We also had the cleaners show up a day early and let themselves in while in the living room still in our PJs. Overall, the experience was pleasant and comfortable. Oh, take the “beware of snakes” sign is accurate.

Tenant said that it was unclear the loft was above the garage detached from the main house. First time anyone mentioned that being a problem. I updated the listing to clarify it. That was the only feedback provided. Checked in to make sure they had everything they needed.

I grew up going to my grandparents lake house and made a lot of great memories doing so.

We wanted to provide the same opportunity for our family, friends and guests.

My grandfather was a mechanic and tinkerer. He was always working on a project to improving something. This property reminds me of his place and of him.

Why they chose this property

Because there is no neighborhood...

What makes this property unique

The property is very unique in that you'll have a hard time finding a fully functioning home on a huge cove all to your selves.

Except for the occasional wind the cove has glass like water, perfect for water sports or fishing.

The private boat launch and dock means you dont have to drive to a marina or boat launch to get your boat in the water or get to it once it is.
