New for the 2024 Season! Southwinds F17 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo located on the 3rd floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean and the beach. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room) The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single trundle bed.
Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service, admin fee and linens. Trip insurance is optional and available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will warn you there are a lot of steps, but it is so worth it! The condo was perfectly decorated, amazing view from the master bedroom, a very quiet area, and low traffic. Jimmy the property manager was very friendly and recommended so many things for us to do.
