From the lanai, enjoy direct views of the ocean and beach, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the condo is steps from the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

New pool and pickleball courts! Seascape offers other amenities including shuffleboard, basketball courts, BBQ grills, and a community boat dock for backwater fishing and kayaking, just steps outside of your front door. Additionally, there is a trash chute, and a community storage locker located on each floor as well as having your private storage locker on the ground floor.

SeaScape is the perfect location in SW Florida for just about everything! It's just 30 minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW), 5 min from I-75, and 30 min from downtown Naples and all its shopping/restaurants. Waterside, Mercado and Coconut malls are even closer. Then there is Bonita Beach, Barefoot, Wiggins Pass, and Lovers Key within 15 minutes.
