This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home is located just 3 miles from downtown and a short drive to area beaches. Gorgeous water views from all living areas, screened-in porch and large deck area for waterfront relaxing. Bring your boat or just enjoy the relaxation of this waterfront oasis. Dolphins, manatees and gorgeous sunsets are an everyday occurrence. Recreation area a half a mile away with a public boat launch, basketball and pickleball courts.
The space
Modern kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a separate ice maker, and a dedicated wine fridge. The house also has a dedicated laundry room, two car garage and an extra pad next to the house to store an RV or trailer. The master bedroom opens onto a screened-in porch and has gorgeous views of the water. Guest room 1 features a queen bed and guest room 2 features a day bed that can be used as 1 or 2 twins or combined to make a king size bed. Ceiling fans throughout the home to keep you cool in the summer months. The backyard oasis includes a firepit, ample size dock for fishing or tying up your boat. Two kayaks are available for your use with paddles and life jackets. The house also has an extra driveway with room for parking for up to 8 cars if needed

The view

When you open the door you immediately are welcomed by the view. Then you look around and notice how lovely the home is. It’s a beautifully home just as pictured and described . There was nothing we needed . The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and equipment to cook. You couldn’t ask for more. Plenty of parking . We had to leave early because of a hurricane and the communication between us and the host was always quick. They are lovely people to work with. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Close to restaurants and museums and Publix is close by. We hope to come back again soon.
