Bring your boat to Tidewater! Tidewater is a newly renovated, well appointed home located on the leading edge of The Gulf of Mexico. This home sits between the salt marsh & canal w/ direct Gulf access. Whether you enjoy the quiet solitude of nature, or jet skiing, this unique area has something for everyone. Come stick your toes in the sand, & make some memories. Other: For your convience there's a 10' x 22' floating dock attached to the seawall. Your boat can be launched at the Hernando County public boat ramp, then motored over to the house, it's a short trip. When docking be aware of potential rocks in the canal, & check the tides. it's easiest to navigate large boats on the mid to high tides. The driveway can comfortably store a boat trailer up to 25' - driveway is approx 30' long. Trailers that are longer will need to be stored off property - check local marinas for available storage.
