Spacious Master Bedroom with on-suite bathroom, 2nd Bedroom with Guest Bath. 3rd Bedroom is a Loft with queen size bed and built-in bunk room. Bunk room has mattress.

Ground floor is occupied by tenants. Please be considerate as the backyard is shared. Tenants will be off assistance during your stay. Tenants may or may not be home during your visit. Boat storage not available at this time due to the boat dock being repaired. House includes patio that might not be suitable for small children.
