The space
This is the only home on the property. Private circle drive, plenty of parking for SxS, motorcycles or boats. Easy access into the home, on ground level. Bedrooms are quiet, comfortable & easy to move into. Kitchen has all the essentials. Dining seating for 12 between large table and island bar. Outdoor seating for dining or relaxing. Five smart TVs, super fast wi-fi for indoor entertaining. Year round “Things to do, places to see” within less than 40 miles, makes CLO the perfect vacation hub.

Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor entertainment area and 3 acres with river frontage. Locked storage building in the back is the only no access.

Great Getaway

This property was perfect for a private family getaway! We celebrated a birthday while we were there and enjoyed mornings on the porch and days in the cool river water. The outdoor space was amazing! The owner was great to work with!

Beautiful home, amazing porches & patio areas, fun outdoor games, home is right on the river, lovely kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, very clean & functional, plenty of room for our family group of 11. Owner was very hospitable and helpful. We want to come back next year!

River trip

We go to Glenwood from East Texas almost every summer to float the river and this year decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. CLO was beautiful, clean, peaceful and cozy. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. We will definitely consider this house again next summer.

Dream Home

This is such a beautiful house, pictures do no justice! Keri is a wonderful and responsive host. This house made our big day a success. Everyone complimented house nice it was along with all the extras (extra beach towels, hand soaps, shampoos, fully furnished kitchen, etc.). Could not be more pleased and can’t wait to stay again!

Family River trip

Crawford’s Lookout was the perfect place for our family of 12. Keri is an exceptional host, making sure her guests have everything they need at this beautiful home. From all the amenities inside to the many activities outside (numerous sitting/relaxing areas, firepit, outdoor fireplace, cornhole, volleyball, horseshoes, river access), everyone from ages 9-70 always had something fun to do. Fishing in the river was a hit for the guys in the group for sure! Also want to give a shout out to River Run for the awesome trip down the river in tubes-thank you, Keri, for the recommendation. We enjoyed perfect weather and river conditions. We just walked to the end of the driveway where River Run was set up with our tubes. Although we all left a little tired, we will carry great memories of this trip and look forward to a return next year!
