Updated relaxing 1 bedroom/1bath condo with boat access/dock near nature preserves, charters, Lake Erie islands and activities, Cedar Point, beaches and restaurants. Come alone, as a couple or small group of up to 4. We have a beautiful community pool, tennis courts, fish ponds, a dock, and 2 catch and release ponds and fish cleaning areas. Our condo is newly renovated with a king sized bed, a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, washer and dryer, free WIFI, air conditioning and a enclosed Florida room. Enjoy the outdoor area with our propane grill and outdoor table/chairs!!!

Why they chose this property

We love the lake views and the beautiful nature all around our condo. I love the peace! We are within 15 minutes to nature preserves and beaches. Our neighbors are amazing! If you are interested in island hopping, shopping or doing other fun activities we are within 20 minutes of the Jet express, restaurants, shopping. There are fishing charters right next door

What makes this property unique

Our condo is newly renovated! Our king size bed queen sofa bed and dinning table are all brand new. The Enclosed Florida room has beautiful views of the wet lands and is only steps away from the community pool
