Outdoor rooftop swimming pool is normally available from Memorial weekend until Labor Day. As with any Pandemic, Covid or other health concerns management has the right to close the pool at any time. It is not within the control of the ownership in the building.

$500 deposit required to make reservation with balance due 30 days prior to rental date. All rentals require a $500 refundable damage deposit.
