Located in the coveted Atlantis building and just steps to the beach and Atlantic ocean, this unit offers great panoramic oceanfront views, easy beach access, and an outdoor pool. Open the windows of the enclosed oceanfront balcony to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The enclosed balcony provides the perfect year-round space for your family or group to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the amazing sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

This 18th floor condo has many recent updates including stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The oceanfront main bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This unit has high speed internet/wifi, a washer/ dryer, plus a full kitchen that includes a waffle maker. There are also Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Building amenities include one parking space, an elevator and 24 hour on-site security. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City there are many restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores close by. Next door is the Ashore resort, with an ocean front restaurant, a walk-up bar, live music, and a pub. This prime, uptown location is the perfect location for your amazing Ocean City experience!

**There is a $60 Atlantis non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive one parking pass, etc. Credit card only, no cash. Any extra vehicles will be $15 a day or $65 a week.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property including e-cigarettes and vapes. This condo does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
