You cannot beat this home for offering ocean front location, a private pier for boat excursion pickups and amazing snorkeling just outside your front door. The home's property managers are amazing and helpful, and the home comfortably sleeps 10. You will feel safe and secure in the private community the home is located in, with a very helpful front gate guard. This a wonderful home to rent for groups of friends or extended family.

Our group of six had a great time and Casa Calypso. Communication was great and the Casa has beach access that is unmatched. The pier is also very convenient for dive / snorkel boat pick ups. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Casa Calypso was first class! The home is perfect and the location was outstanding. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our concierge, Mayra, was super pleasant and helped coordinate a massage session for our crew and an absolutely amazing day on the water with Captain Chula and Ruben. We love Cozumel.

The whole process from booking the trip to checking out was seamless. Enrique was always available for any assistance including arranging paddle board rentals. The house is exceptionally nice and well laid out for a large group. And you can't beat the incredible view of the ocean and accessibility. Everything was wonderful! We will definitely recommend Casa Calypso!

Loved, loved our stay at Casa Calypso! Location can’t be beat, super quiet. Close to dive sites. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation exceeded expectations in every way. The kitchen was unbelievably well‑stocked — spices, sauces, rubs, condiments, full dishware, a dishwasher — everything you could possibly need and more. We also loved the thoughtful extras like books, games, puzzles, and a TV for cozy evenings.The on‑the‑beach access was truly unbeatable. Stepping out and being right on the sand felt like a dream.The rooms were impressively spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. Maid service and concierge service were exceptional and accommodating.The entire resort had such a peaceful, friendly, family‑oriented vibe that made the whole experience even better.We genuinely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat.

Wedding Trip to Cozumel

Fantastic location. Beach acces, pool, parking and service was outstanding. We were married at Chankannab, so the location was perfect. The pier makes pick up by boat for scuba diving very convient.

This is a great house right on the beach. It is private at the end of all the houses. Probably the best location in that neighborhood.
