Convenience meets luxury with amenities like a brand new hot tub, cowboy pool, fire pit, washer/dryer, and two sofa sleepers, ensuring every guest feels right at home. "The Coop" comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Adjacent to "The Coop," discover "The Roost," which offers a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom haven perched above a detached two-car garage on the property. This accommodation features a thoughtfully designed layout, boasting a spacious kitchen ideal for culinary adventures, a quaint living area equipped with modern entertainment amenities like TV and Wi-Fi, and a serene bedroom adorned with a queen-size bed. This house had everything we could have asked for to accommodate 3 couples, my college son and my 85 yr old mother. I have to bathe my mother and her walker was able to fit through the bathroom door and the house had wide pathways for her as well. Owner and management were incredibly responsive and kind. The perfect location for a weekend family trip with adult children and their SOs. Close enough to walk to all types of fun activities and good food! We had a great time at The Coop and Roost! The place was very spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space for activities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit for s’mores! The location was very convenient being located close to downtown and several playgrounds. Fredericksburg is a fun, laid back place to stay. We also enjoyed visiting Enchanted Rock State Park!

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!!!

We have absolutely no complaints! The location was great, as it was in walking distance to anything you could need or want to do while in Fred (Main Street, winery shuttle pickup spots, and grocery stores). The host was attentive and responded to all questions in a timely manner. The place was beautifully decorated and accommodating for all 8 of us, with room to sprawl out. It was the perfect girls weekend getaway destination! We will for sure be back!
