Our reservation was cancelled by the host two hours after we were meant to check in. We had it booked since January. There was no prior communication. It left us in a terrible position and VRBO was not even remotely helpful in assisting us with finding new lodgings. I would give zero stars if it was an option. T errible experience. Not for nothing, it was the second cancellation by a host in less than ten days. I have nothing good to say about our expereince with VRBO.
