CASITA – Attached but separate living space with private entrance (above carport), is the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Living space with ensuite bathroom features a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, two burner cook top, and Keurig coffee machine. Furnished deck for stargazing.
Home chefs of all kinds will love the high-end fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and granite counters. Adjacent dining table for family dinners and game nights. Dining table seats 6, seating for 2 additional at bar top.
CUSTOM COFFEE: Dedicated coffee/hot chocolate bar. LatteGo machine crafts your custom cup (from coffee, to lattes, cappuccinos, espresso iced coffee and more). Drip coffee machine. Local’s favorite “Red Sedona” coffee beans, and “Mike & Jen’s” artisan hot chocolate provided. We even cover all the fixings, including decaf (drip), assorted herbal teas and more. Bring your preferred type of milk.
Game room in the converted garage will become a hangout favorite with the pool/billiards table, and TV for sports watching.
Retreat to resort-quality linens and pillows in spacious, calming bedrooms. Or take in a relaxing hot shower (or soak in the hot tub) after a day of adventure in spa style bathrooms with plenty of extra plush towels. Bedrooms are located upstairs.

POOL & HOT TUB: Custom private saltwater combination pool/hot tub is available year-round. Features include color changing lights, hot tub spa/jets, and waterfall. Pool is heated, charge for pool heat is required (year-round) and is included in your reservation breakdown. Motorized pool cover keeps water clean and fresh. Pool is professionally serviced twice every week (at a minimum) for your peace of mind. Of course, pool towels provided!
FIRE PIT: Gas operated, easy on/off switch. S’mores anyone?
PETS: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome, with non-refundable pet fee (no cats or other pets). Backyard is not fully fenced but is dog friendly. Dog bowls, towels and dog bed provided. No dogs in the pool. Local wildlife frequent the area, including coyote, javallina, rabbits, birds and more.
WORKSPACE: Traveling professionals bring your laptop. Private workroom features desk, Apple computer monitor and wireless color printer (paper provided). Door closes for zoom calls and privacy. Note, workroom is located next to the main backyard patio/pool access door.
PARKING: 3 vehicles max. (2 side by side in the driveway, 1 additional in the carport or on the street)
COMMITMENT TO SAFETY: Your safety matters! Luxart PM is Breezeway Safety Certified. We prioritize routine safety inspections and items including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and other safety features. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
