We had an amazing stay at this house. The pictures do not do it justice. It is close to town and all the restaurants. We played pickle ball at the park near by with rackets provided by the host. We went to various hikes which were only a few minutes away such as cathedral rock. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The host was very responsive and would definitely come back again. I would highly recommend it.

Birthday Getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in this beautifully appointed and cozy home. We spent 5 nights as first time visitors to Sedona and it was everything we were hoping for and more. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything. The views from the roof are spectacular. The hot tub was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed and relaxing by the fire after a long day of hiking was exactly what we needed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which is always a toss up when traveling! We already cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

The property and the views could not have been beat. Candie was an excellent host, did everything to make our stay perfect including ordering pickleball equipment for us to use. What a place! What a view!

We had a great time using this property as our home base during our recent trip to Sedona. The house has everything you'll need and more, including incredible views and easy access to a wonderful city park and all the great restaurants and shops in West Sedona. Hope to return soon!

Great Property in heart of Sedona

My wife and 3 sons stayed at the house, we had plenty of room, it was very clean and well appointed. The rooftop patio is great in the mornings and evenings with terrific views. The location is great, very close to Whole Foods and Uptown Sedona. Would recommend.

Perfect setting for a family!

The house is beautiful and all appointed. There are lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay truly relaxing. Our family loved being able to walk to the park. We spent hours playing on the playground, playing kickball and pickle ball, and enjoying the trail access!

Loved this house!

The location was awesome. It was close enough to all the touristic spots but far enough away to get the beauty of Sedona. Gorgeous house, very clean and well kept. All the beds were comfortable. While our group was a bunch adults, it would very easily be a great stay for a family.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! This home is comfortable and very close to the shuttle stops to take you to the trailheads. It’s a great location and the neighborhood has so much to offer! We felt very much at home here. Beautiful and Convenient

My wife, friends, and I stayed at this property for the better part of a week. It was a beautiful location with the rooftop patio, outdoor couches by a firepit, and a hot tub. We took full advantage of the various amenities to enjoy the wonderful weather as we relaxed and unwinded. Candie was very quick to respond to any questions we had and she was a perfect host. What a wonderful place to stay! Conveniently located to everything yet tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with all the conveniences and upgrades you could imagine. The rooftop deck is wonderful for watching hot air balloons in the distance in the morning, the beautiful sunsets in the evening and the shooting stars at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Close, quiet & cozy!

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and close to downtown and all the great trails. We enjoyed roof top sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked to make a lovely holiday dinner. Great Property

We stayed here for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is in a great location for walking/running, it is clean, well-equipped and the host (Candie) is very attentive and thoughtful. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was alright and after check-out, she was nice enough to ship us an item we left behind. You can't go wrong staying here.

This contemporary home accommodates ten guests between three bedrooms, five beds, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Both remaining bedrooms have queen beds, while two queen size sofa beds in the living room create more sleeping space. Ambient lighting, a modern fireplace, plush furniture, and a large flat-screen TV create a beautiful, cozy living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an island, abundant counter space, cookware, and tableware for preparing family meals. The dining room table seats eight next to a large window overlooking the surrounding area. A dedicated workspace, four Smart TVs, Sonos stereo throughout and the laundry room with a washer and dryer mean you’ll have everything you need for short- and long-term stays! On the rooftop deck, guests can enjoy lovely views of the surrounding red rocks while shaded and dark sky stargaze. You can also access the backyard nature trail, shuttle service, community pool, tennis courts, and more.
