Cozy open floor concept apartment with two bedrooms, one full bath and kitchen. Private separate entrance from main house. Large backyard with woods, horses and a creek. Large master closet in main bedroom. Fully furnished with clean linen, soaps and fresh towels. Large back yard, creek, or take a selfie with a horse . 15 minutes away to the Buffalo Bills Highmark stadium, 2 minutes away from many restaurants, The Ridge restaurant, Duffs, Tim Hortons , all the fast food restaurants. 15 minutes to down town, 35 minutes to Niagara Falls, 15 minutes to The Galleria Mall, 2 minutes from Southgate Plaza.

Snowy Trip to Buffalo

The stay was amazing! We really enjoyed the property and the closeness to a lot of things in the area! We stayed during the Lake Snow Effect to go to the Bills vs 49ers game and the owner came out multiple times to snow blow the entrance and our vehicle. Very great experience!

Great property, a little dated, but sufficient for our stay. Great location. Owner was great, knowledgeable and had great communication. Only recommendation I would suggest is a garbage in the bathroom. 😉

Clean, comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was welcome, clean and comfortable. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. The location is close to a variety of shopping, restaurants and easy highway access. Definitely recommend a stay here.
