This beautiful apartment, fully renovated in 2014, is located in borgo marina of imperia porto maurizio and is perfect for a family of four or two couples.
All windows are fitted with double-glazing and mosquito nets integrated into wrought iron doors will guarantee good night's sleep even with open windows.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building located inside a private passageway and also has a nice private outdoor space accessible from the large glass door of the living room.
It has an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and glass ceramic hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with what’s necessary: pots, dishes, glasses, etc .. In the living room there is a sofa bed with queen size slatted bed base (size 160x195 cm). The master bedroom has a large closet with three doors and a queen size bed. The bathroom is complete with a large shower and elegant furnishings.
The apartment also has: led television (italian channels), washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
We provide all the linen and towels needed for the stay. In the wardrobe guests will find blankets, throws and pillows.
The location is ideal for a holiday on the beach and good food. The apartment is 50 meters from the new marina and 100 meters from the fine sand beaches. All major shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, post office, cinema, weekly vegetable market and the train station are within walking distance and reachable in no more than 10 minutes on foot.
It’s normally not easy to park the car close to the apartment, but the public car park is just 300 meters away and consider that once you have unloaded your luggage you will forget the car for your entire stay.
To reach the nearby village of oneglia you can either use the small train available during the summer or the public buses that also connect porto maurizio to the main towns of the ligurian coast like san remo.
