We love to accommodate to personal needs as much as possible and LOVE getting rave reviews that are appreciated!!

Why they chose this property

Hubs and I have been visiting Peoria for the last 3 years and stayed in VRBOs and our sons Motherinlaws casita.. for weeks at a time, We owned a couple of rentals and after they sold, we decided to purchase this golf course home and we LOVE westbrook Village. It’s close to our son and family’s home which we helped redesign and remodel!! It’s been our fun job after my husband retired from IBM!

The resort life style, pool, golf, riding golf cart,
Yoga, pickleball, tennis, water aerobics are all so fun and love meeting people from all over the country!!

What makes this property unique

We turned our 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom, moved the master bedroom door, added a door in hallway for 2nd Master suite privacy.. AND added a large closet for guests in primary master bedroom.

Now there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths
And a bedroom with trundle full and twin beds!

We retrofitted the kitchen with drawers in existing cabinets to be able to reach to back ..and REdesigned the laundry/craft room. We
Built a pantry, put shelving and new lighting with
Fans up.

Long range.. we plant to change other cabinetry!

Home is on golf course.. and neighbors are far across 2 fairways..hole #2 and #10.

2024 Just redid patio and added a fun putting green!

Sunsets are amazing..!! LOTS to 💕,!!
