Oceanfront Family Beach House, steps from the sand!

You do not want to miss out on staying at this oceanfront house! Open floor plan with stunning beachfront views! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of comfortable seating and private patio to enjoy the breathtaking views!

1st bedroom has a trundle twin bed and queen bed. Small TV in the room. 2nd room has twin bunks and a double bed with a dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom is the master, complete with a king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet.

Beach towels and chairs available for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included (located in the garage). Property has security cameras at access points; garage, above downstairs kitchen door, top of staircase above upstairs door and above downstairs door. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

Please ensure all indoor and outdoor furnishings are in their original locations and bring outdoor seat cushions inside upon departure.

Please LOCK ALL DOORS and WINDOWS when leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Occupancy must be disclosed at booking. If group is larger than reported, you may lose deposit and be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

We’ve stayed plenty of times in Pacific Beach different vrbo . This is one of the nicest houses best layout, chairs, umbrellas, towels, kids toys, the fire pit. Everything was amazing opening up all the windows in the morning to watch the ocean and then to see the ocean and the sunset listening to the waves all night best ever , the host was awesome and check in check out was a breeze will be staying again asap we had a family of 10 plenty of room for everyone

The location is perfect, far enough away from the really busy part of the beach, but within walking distance of so many places to eat and the grocery store. It was so fun to open the blinds in the am and watch everyone on the boardwalk. We would stay again in a heart beat!

We had the most amazing time in San Diego. The location was amazing right on the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, shops and dining, breathtaking views and extremely kid friendly. It was an easy check in and check out process and the homeowners answered all of my questions and were extremely accommodating. 10/10 recommend staying here and we definitely will be back again very soon!!!

Thanks so much for staying at our ocean front beach house, and for your review! Upon check-out, you kindly shared with us a lovely photo of your group and let us know that you all had so much fun. I was hoping to get clarification on your rating/review, which seems to be based on the parking in the area, and not on the property itself. Unfortunately, we cannot control the parking situation at the beach, which can be a challenge during peak season and holidays. With your stay being over a holiday weekend, it would have been the same at the other rental properties in the area. As you know, we do offer a reserved parking spot in our garage, and that was available to you for 2 of your 3 nights. We are always happy to offer parking tips/locations if our guests are having a hard time finding parking. So sorry this was an issue for you during your stay!
