Entire apartment renovated in winter '24! We will re-open this summer with a massive facelift.

Come stay at cozy working farm in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Just an hour from Boston and 20 mins from Portsmouth, this delightful private three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is uniquely furnished with heirloom family antiques that have been passed down for generations. With a blend of farmy and modern, this apartment is gorgeous and fully functional.
The space
Come enjoy our renovated 1850's farmhouse and barn on a working fruit farm! We sell our no-spray fruit through an onsite farm stand in the summer months. We also have events in our barn but won't have any large or noisy events during your stay (events are blocked off). Guest access
Frolic in a flower field, stroll through our garden path, play ball in our huge grass back yard, walk the stone labyrinth path, or explore the woods in a forested path. The apartment is situated between the barn and the owner's home- all connected but separate. Anything you need is just steps away from your cozy new home! If you’ll be working while here, we have fast and reliable WiFi. According to previous guests, you won't want to leave :)

Amazing hosts and stay

If I could give this 6 stars I would. Sophie was extremely communicative, and gave us an amazing location to do all the flowers for our upcoming wedding. The house and property was beautiful, and the event went off without a hitch. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the exeter area!

Family cacation

We came up to NH to relax and unwind. The space offered us all that and more. We were able to utilize the barn that used as a party hall and my kids were able to run around and enjoy the space.
