It consists of the ground floor with a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable and huge couch, 65" TV with an extra bluetooth loudspeaker, large dining table, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine plus a dishwasher. Upstairs one finds 3 quiet and convenient bedrooms among which the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a vanity unit. There are 2 bathrooms on both floors, home office with a glass desk and a lounging area on the upper floor, separate laundry room, free parking for up to as many cars as needed and a large garden equipped with comfortable furniture and a barbecue. The well-kept garden invites you to enjoy the outdoor space as well.
