You will relax in this comfortable, spacious unit that is close to Jordan Creek Town Center. Two bedrooms with king beds, two large walk-in closets, two private bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a private patio, all steps away from the pool, fitness center, and tanning bed. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It’s a great space! The location is so convenient-close to shopping and target :) and it is clean, quiet, and in great condition. The best part is having the outdoor pool right outside the patio. This is a great space. We wish we could have stayed longer! :)

Nice apartment!

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds and linens were very comfortable. If it’s pool season the pool is literally right outside the back door! There is also a garage you can park in which was nice as we had storms when we were there. The host was very responsive.

Great place to stay!

My best friend from college days and I stayed here. It was a lovely apartment, very minimal in supplies but met our needs. Close to Jordan Creek mall and all the shopping there. There was a pool right outside our door but too cold to swim in April we each had pur own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice and updated. We were also close to Raccoon River Park, a great place to be outside and walk.

Great stay

My husband, myself, and my mom were there for my niece‘s graduation from high school. The apartment was exactly as described. My only concern was with the check-in process. Instead of putting several PDFs of information, list the check in process first so you don’t have to go through each one individually. Other than that, everything was great and the owner communicated promptly.

Nice condo

My husband and son were in DesMoines for the state track meet. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers. Though we didn’t use them, the bath robes are a nice touch. Since we were gone most of the daytime we only cooked breakfast in the condo. If you plan meals there, the cookware is very limited, but it was a very nice place and very quiet. We never heard any neighbors. We would definitely stay again if in DesMoines.

Covered bridge stay

The condo was a great place to stay for our visit to Madison County bridges.. just a nice 30 minute drive. We appreciated the cleanliness, the 2 king beds and 2 baths with the large bottled of shampoo. conditioner and body wash. With the caveat that there were about 20 steps to carry one's things and themselves up and down to forewarn someone who might find that challenging, we would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

Very quiet property and great for our needs as we were attending the Iowa Senior Games. Great location - close to what we wanted to do but also not in a busy commercial area. Never heard neighbors at all. This unit does require a few stairs down so that might make a difference for some. Also I believe the description said 2 bathrooms - one with shower and one with tub only but both have showers complete with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Closets were large and came with luggage racks, which was nice. Each closet had 2 robes. There was a Keurig for coffee with coffee pods. There is a washer/dryer, which we used to wash smelly gym clothes. Oh and there was a garage space for one car. We would definitely stay here again.
