In gated community Aviana, with great resort amenities, including swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green. This excellent vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, a Master bedroom downstairs with King bed and en suite master bathroom. Upstairs there are another 3 Queen bedrooms with each their own en suite bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms with 2 Twin beds each and their shared bathroom. Plenty space for up to 12 guests to make the best of your Florida visit!

Great property

The house was absolutely great some minor things here and there but once I communicated my concerns the property manager was amazing and always replied black!! The location was good just Walmart was a pain cause of traffic other then that our stay was everything we asked for and more…

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Home of disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture had stains on the dining room table on the dining room. Chairs on the sofa in the master bedroom. There was a poop stain on the floor.The world there were bugs Crawling all over the place

Home away from home

Was a very nice modern home. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We loved the pool and spa. The only negative thing, it was very limited on cooking pans, one skillet . Not enough toilet paper, no condiment, salt, pepper, or anything else. After a trip to the store, we were set to go. Everything else was great.
