About this property

Our Guest House, located in the beautiful Woodburn, Ky countryside, is a spacious 1 bed / 1 bath house with a large backyard and free parking for our guests. It has a full kitchen (no dishwasher) where you can cook your own food if you want to do so. We're @ 20minutes from Bowling Green,Ky, and around an hour from Nashville, TN.
There is NO hot tub on the property.
The house is on ground level with no steps to enter and no stairs inside.
The bathroom has a shower only (no tub); and there is NO TV in the home.
NO SMOKING , and NO PETS inside home.

We live right next door and share a driveway as well as the backyard.
