Taipei main station apt

The location is great, very convenient. The hosts are friendly and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend this location. Only wished that they have walked in showers or grab bars. The walk-in tub is a little high for short person like me.

September 2023 Stay for Ten Days

Highly recommend David's place! We stayed for 10 days, and it was extremely convenient to get around Taipei. It is located close to the MRT Station, and very easy to commute around to different areas in Taipei. Check-in/check-out process was very simple, and communication with David was great! Nice to also have amenities like washer/dryer. We will definitely look at booking again when we come back to Taipei.

Convenient Location

Property is located conveniently across the Taipei Main Station and Q Square where food and last minute shopping can be done easily. Cafes and eateries available just downstairs and local street food just down the street. Owner is very helpful, as he helped us to book transport from/ to airport. Some beds are less comfortable and it would be good that owner provides some coffee mugs, rather than just plastic cups. Overall, the property is very clean, quiet and good for a family stay vacation due to it's location.

Great Location for all transportation needs

We stayed there for three weeks and enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located as stated in the listing. They met with us when we arrived and showed us all we needed. Great location to walk to everything you need. There is a food vendor just left of the apartment that has fantastic food. My husband is not a big foodie but loved their shrimp fried rice which made it convenient to grab something for him after running around all day. Apartment is very nice, and I would recommend staying there. If you ask, they can arrange transportation which we used to and from the airport. It made it very easy to get all of our luggage to the airport and the driver knows where to bring you when you arrive. Highly recommend using if you are not familiar with the area.

Great unit at excellent location

The best part about the unit is its location - it is right across from a department store with restaurants and a huge food court, within walking distance to THREE metro lines, the Taipei Bus Station hub, and the Taipei Main Station (for regular trains to other cities, the High Speed Rail, the Airport Express MRT, plus a whole floor of restaurants above the main hall). Lots of eateries and convenient stores around the block. There's even a night market nearby. The 3 bed 2 bath unit is clean and as advertized. It is very secured (keycard required to get to the unit's floor) and provides good sound insulation from the street noise. Water pressure is excellent, and kitchen is well-equipped. Mattresses are of high quality and not overly soft. Four separate A/C units worked great in cooling the bedrooms and the living room. The host is super friendly, always reachable, and easy to communicate - he even replaced a faulty lightbulb within the same day! Overall, it was the best experience I've had at any multi-room rentals. Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic Location!

The best feature of this apartment is the location. You are right next to a central transportation hub. You can quickly access the metro, the bus and other rail lines for longer trips outside Taipei. You are also surrounded with many fantastic options for eating. You can find almost any type of food within a short walk of this apartment. We found the apartment to be a good size for our family of five. It was clean, secure and it was quiet at night. The host arranged a car for pickup and return to the airport. We were very happy with our stay at this apartment.

Wonderful place to stay in Taipei

The appt is very clean and spacious for our group of four, it is located within few minutes walk from the Square Station. It has everything you need and we highly recommend it. Overall experience in this apartment was good. It is huge and cosy. Just nice for a family to stay together and enjoying bonding time at the end of the day. It is just beside Q square which allows you to shop just opposite the street with nice food court and supermarket. It is also sheltered all the way to the MRT station. Below the apartment there is also a coffee place. Only 2 things below that we are not use to: 1) Have to bring own trash to basement to throw everyday 2) Toilet floor wet easily during bath and does not dry up for days. Thus toilet floor is practically wet everyday.

Wonderful place to stay in Taipei

Our family of 6 spent 5 comfortable nights at this apt. Convenient to transportation, food & shopping. Host was easy to contact for everything and very helpful. Very safe and quiet building. Amenities and description all accurate. Love the use of washer & dryer. Just a suggestion to help visitors that can't read chinese- if an english translation be provided for the use of the a/c and tv/cable remotes. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice Place

This apartment is lovely, tidy and super clean. David is a good host. He is easy to contact via phone/ (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), and reply quickly. Mrt is 10 minutes walk away, Taipei Station is 5 minutes walk away. There is a big shopping mall near(Q square), which we can buy fresh food for my baby, and also buy souvenir easily. I have nothing to say but THANK YOU. My family enjoyed their stay with good memories. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and clean place!

We loved the place as it was conveniently located in the center of the city and right across the MRT station. There are lots of restaurants, take out places, and local eateries around, and a night market is in walking distance. The place was clean and spacious. Washer and dryer helped a lot. We will definitely try to stay in the same place next time, if available.

The 3 "C"s sum up our 3-night stay in the apartment. We enjoyed our time in Taipei, as we have a nice apartment to go back to every night. Location is perfect, near to the major transport hub of Taipei, yet safe and private. Must mentioned the owner is very responsible and friendly. They will respond very quickly to any questions. Very touched that they see us off to the taxi to airport. We particularly love the good sound proof windows which gave us good quality of sleep in central of Taipei. We also love the washing machines and dryers, they helped a lot in the rainy weather of Taipei. We will love to stay in the apartment if we visit Taipei again :)

Comfortable, large apartment, perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location, easily accessible to the MRT lines and shopping including the 24h 7-Eleven, good for the middle of the night hunger when you are 12 hours off your normal time zone. We were traveling to Taiwan near the same time that Typhoon Soudelor was supposed to hit, so of course we had flight delays, cancellation, and then rebooking through a different city to travel via a Taiwanese airline. Through it all, the owner David reassured us that the transportation from the airport that he had arranged for us would follow the flight arrivals and be there to pick us up. I had no phone service and had to communicate with him through Tripadviser when I was able to find wifi. Although we were not sure our luggage (or even us) would make it to Taipei, I had no worries about getting to the apartment once we landed. Sure enough, the driver was there holding up a sign when we cleared customs, although we had arrived shortly after midnight early on Sunday morning, 3 hours late for that flight, and 30 hours after our originally scheduled 6:30 pm Friday arrival. David was there in front of the building to meet us and get us settled, although it was nearly 2 am by that time. I cannot say enough great things about this rental. We proceeded to have a great, if very short, time in Taipei and we would certainly book this rental again when we return. This is an apartment, and it is like you are living in a real home. We found the sleeping arrangements, kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, privacy, and price to be much more satisfying than a hotel. The showers/towels/free-standing closet units are functional, but not luxurious. The showerhead is a bit low, although it can be detached and held up higher. Adjusting the angle of the showerhead so it is pointing down and not shooting across to the back wall kept the bathroom floor from getting wet. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable – some sort of foam with great support. Each of our teenage children had their own room. The area feels very safe and it is convenient to cab lineups at the train station across the street. Note that most cab drivers did not speak or read English – so you either have to print out the destinations in Chinese, or have a Chinese speaker help you. We turned off the air conditioning when we left the apartment to save energy, and found that it worked quickly to cool things off once we got back. The apartment is secure and quiet – we were not disturbed by any noise desp

Home away from Home ~ Wonderful

I travelled with my parents together, we had a great time staying here. The whole unit was well kept, neat and clean! Most importantly comfortable and convenience! This unit was really good for big group as there are 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, washer with dryer! The owner also prepare the laundry power so if you like to do laundry yourself, I must said it's really good! It's 5 mins away from Taipei Train Station and shopping! There's a few café around and 7/11 is only next building. The only feedback I will like to give is that maybe they shld prepare some floor mat. esp for the bathroom. The rest are works great! I will go back again, if I'm coming with a big group! Thank you...

Relaxing stay

My parents were flying in from SFO and my family from Mainland to meet up for a few family reunions. Our group was 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8,6,1). I prefer renting an apartment were we have more common space. I was concerned about the size of the beds, but the manager convinced me it would work out and I'm glad I listened. The place is really really convenient. My parents arrived a day early and had a lot of fun traveling around Taipei with the metro being so close. They went to the nearby underground street market as well. It really is right next to a mall, major bus/train station. We went to Keelung for one of the days and it was really convenient to train over and bus back. The place is supposed to be newly renovated and I believe it. We had some minor problems getting the AC to work the first night I arrived, and the manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. I really appreciate that! There is also a laundry room, and I love that I can pack less for a quick trip. In a nutshell: awesome, convenient stay, place was great, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean and new feeling. Lots of local shopping and transportation nearby. Would definitely recommend this place and consider renting again.
