Lake Todd Waterfront Cottage

Cozy cottage on Lake Todd with 50 feet of private beach across the street is available for your summer fun! Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out at the lake, second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and a charcoal grill is provided.

Large boats are not allowed on Lake Todd but it is the perfect place for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats with great fishing and bird watching!
Lake Todd is located in Newbury NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee with great hiking trails for all ages!

Please note, cottage sits on a small hill with several steps leading to the entrance.

A 2-night minimum is required, if you have questions, please send an inquiry with questions before reserving the cottage.

Please provide a little information about yourself and your guests when inquiring or booking. I have strict policies in regards to age, parties and events and a limit of 3-4 guests unless prior permission has been granted. Please include yourself in the total number of guests.

Reservations will not be confirmed without required guest information.

Water shoes are recommended for the lake as it can be rocky in areas.

Beautiful cottage on a beautiful clean lake. The cottage was stocked with thought and consideration and was lovely. Note that there is a long stairway to the camp. I did have an older visitor that had a bit of a problem climbing them. Other than that..perfection. Margaret Chase

Love this property/ location for our annual girls weekend and were blessed with wonderful weather to thoroughly enjoy the private beach area with a firepit, and often feel like we essentially have the whole lake to ourselves! So peaceful. Comfortable cozy cottage. Appreciate the provision of bed sheets and bath towels as well as water floats and beach chairs. Host is responsive/ easy to communicate with. Easy check in. Only suggestion would be a couple better cookware options ( ie non stick fry pans/ new skillet) for ease of cooking. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Judy was very helpful with our late arrival, leaving lights on for us. We had a lovely time swimming and canoeing in Lake Todd. (We brought our own canoe.) It was very hot and humid for most of our stay, and the cottage was extremely hot in the afternoons, due to the west-facing windows. A small window air conditioner would have been helpful. Fortunately, most evenings it cooled off. We especially loved watching the sunsets on the beach and listening to the loons at night.

Quiet Lakefront with Beautiful View

The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family (3-4). It provides a great location across the road to sit at the water. We had a rainy stay so only got a few minutes there but the front porch was perfect to sit on with coffee and listen to the loons, enjoying the tranquility. We would stay again!!

Family Vacation

This is our second stay and we could not be more satisfied! The house, beach, host, and location are all amazing and we had the best family vacation. Quiet little getaway

Our second time staying here. Just enough away from it all but close enough to everything should we want it. Wish the weather had been better this time (rain) but still plenty of fun and good times.
