Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind. Turn OFF the heat to private pool or hot tub Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
Be sure to leave the gate clicker, parking pass(es), pool key and property keys on the kitchen counter upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must provide address, sign and return vacation agreement via DocuSign to complete reservation.

Perfect

This is our sixth time staying at Mesquite Country Club in different units and phases. This was perfect. Easy access to grass for the dog. Clean comfortable unit. Easy TV and internet. Great location to downtown and supermarkets. We stayed for a week. Can't wait to return.

Perfection

We travel with our dachshund. Mesquite is perfect for having a dog. Lots of grass nearby. We have stayed at Mesquite six times in four different units. This one is by far the best. Love the neighborhood for walks. A short, short drive to the center of town. Couldn't ask for a better experience, from reservation, to checking in, to the cleanliness of the unit. Thank you! See you again soon.

what a treat

it was our first visit to this location and what a delightful surprise! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Two outdoor spaces, one perfect for coffee in the am and the other for a cocktail. The kitchen is large and very well appointed and the grill outdoors made dinners very easy. The added bonus òf being right by the largest nature preserve in Palm Springs allowed us to enjoy morning and evening walks was wonderful. We can’t wait to schedule our return visit. It was a great way to enjoy Palm Springs even in August!

Comfortable and Conveniently Located

I was delighted to be the first guest in Thomas's Mesquite Country Club condominium. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Both Thomas and Jeff, his property manager, were both very responsive to my questions, which were few. The property was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The apartment was convenient to the airport, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown Palm Springs. I can highly recommend renting this unit if you plan a visit to Palm Springs and I'll certainly book it on my next visit. PS...Jeff stepped in and substituted for a real estate broker who was not responsive to my needs. Within a few hours of hearing my situation, he emailed me a number of listings which were in my search parameters. He spent several days showing properties to me and was highly professional and I will continue to use him in my search for a place in Palm Springs.
