Looking for a place to get away and recharge? Get lost in nature and stay where the magic grows on a real Christmas tree farm! Situated on rolling hills below the Baraboo bluffs, this 125 acre farm and nature preserve has several miles of hike/bike/ski trails, a private lake and two creeks. Modern and secluded house with ample space to gather and relax. Easy drive on beautiful country roads to the many attractions in the area--Devil's Head and Cascade ski are 5 & 12 minutes away respectively.
The space
The house is located on a sizable Christmas tree farm that offers a large amount of privacy and tranquility.

There are 5 beds and 4 baths (2 full, 2 half). The house has three levels. The main level has the kitchen, a family room with fireplace (wood is included!), master bed (1 king), master bath (two-person tub and shower), powder room, laundry, and access to the outdoor deck. The lower level has a bar gathering area, and two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single beds). The upper level has a lofted sleeping area (1 queen), a powder room, and a game room with a flat table (suitable for a workspace and/or table games) as well as pool and ping pong tables. Outdoors is a propane grill and a wood firepit as well as the miles of trails to explore.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the mechanical room (owner's supply storage) and the attached garage (currently used to store supplies and equipment for the Christmas tree business).
Other things to note
You will be staying at a working Christmas tree farm. While this house and property offers solitude and privacy in spades, there is a chance you will see workers in the field tending to the property and the trees. Your hosts will text you in advance if workers/contractors will be on the property.
