Thank you for visiting Enjoy the Comforts of Home from Wausau Vacation Rentals. This spacious home is located in the heart of Wausau in a historic neighborhood one block off the main Street. (Grand Avenue).
The Curling Club is a few blocks over. Most everything is just10-15 minutes away at most. Watch the world class Kayak Races. Or attend the many great local events coming up including; The Hot Air Balloon Festival and Wings Over Wausau Air Show just to name a few. Make plans to Hit the slopes at Granite Peak this season, Or its just minutes to Sylvan Hill to go tubing with tows or cross-country skiing.

1 Infant up to 1 year of age stays free - Pack n play, booster seat and 2 baby gates are available. Do not list infant in number of guests when reserving the home- please mention when you email. Infant is included in our guest limit of 10 persons.
On the main floor one bedroom (Queen Bed). Living Room, Full Bath, fully equipped Kitchen, Large dining room, Laundry Room, Office Space. Screened in back porch. Grill & completely fenced yard. Upstairs front bedroom (one queen bed). Back bedroom (one queen bed). Middle bedroom (3 twin beds) and full Bath.
All bedrooms have ample storage, closets & dressers. A well behaved dog is considered with PRIOR APPROVAL . Flat screen TV in living room with Net Flix /Sling Cable Channels & wireless internet. Large dining room table for everyone to gather together, You could also use the banquet table that would seat eight. (Banquet table is available upon prior request). A great way to save by hosting a wedding or bridal shower at the house. If you would rather not cook just have it catered in. If you plan to host an event at the house please let me know what you need and I will do my best to help.

Casual Family restaurants near by -about1 block. Walk to Memorial park, boat landing, New swimming pool with big tube slides! fishing, Frisbee golf. Kwik Trip 5 minutes away. Enjoy a wonderful winter weekend- Ski Granite Peak. Parking available for about 5 mid sized cars in driveway.

We've always taken great pride in providing a clean ,comfortable home for our guests. We know this is more important than ever right now. I want you to know we take the trust you place in us very seriously. We have implemented additional cleaning and as recommended by the CDC and Health depart. wiping all the( touch spots)to include all door knobs, door / drawer pulls / light switches/ remotes/lamps etc. in the house with disinfectant. We want you and your family & friends relax and enjoy your visit.

You will receive an instant quote. For stays over 12 days we will provide a quick mid-stay cleaning of the property which takes about 1.5 hrs.
