Just remodeled beautiful sunlit flat on West Pearl. Hike in the foothills a block away or take a stroll easily to the Pearl Street mall. Everything is initially included for a monthly or more stay. Wood floors, stainless steel appliances (no dishwasher or garbage disposal), beautifully tiled shower (no tub) This apartment is up stairs on the second floor. There is no elevator. This is a professional building and is peaceful and quiet.
