The house was in a great location for our needs for the few days we stayed. Communication with the management was quick and friendly. Would love to stay there again if coming up to Park City.

We were 20 minutes from the valley and everything in Park City. Great place for family and friends. Mixed in some home cooked meals at the house and you couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and hangout between all the activities.
Was a well appointed and comfortable stay for our family while skiing in park city. Great midway location between salt lake and park city to allow for some evenings enjoying the great food of salt lake and winter activities of park city!
The house was perfect. The property management team was responsive, kind and quick to answer questions. The house was clean, spacious and just as advertised. Great neighborhood and location to get just about everything you need. We loved it!

This is a lovely property. Plenty of room for three couples. The slightly longer drive to PCMR & Canyons well worth the trade for a roomy, two level with private hot tub. The two car garage accommodated two Jeep Grand Cherokees, one with a Thule on top. Broussard Properties is a top class host. Thank you for a terrific stay!!
Really lovely - just make sure you use Apple Maps!
Almost had a heart attack when we pulled up to two properties at 11:30 PM that skipped the address of this location… but Apple Maps cleared it up. This unit is located in a unique spot in the community and is really nice. Sheets were super soft and comfortable, the hot tub was clean, and everything worked well. Comfortable climate control. Great layout for kids to be downstairs. Would definitely stay again!
Home was fantastic , pictures were accurate… I think we must have been the first renter of the summer… windows we’re dirty. And house was dusty… needed more supplies… we were there for a week no extra TP, trash bags… and no instructions how to run anything!!! A house book would be nice, how to run internet, tv’s etc…property manager was amazing and on point!!! Perfect pet property, even had dog bowls!!! Nice… Great week of relaxing and getting caught up with family!!! OMG the full moon over the mountains… spectacular!!! Mahalo

Highly recommended, lovely home, convenient to Main St., Kimball Junction. The only area for improvement was in the check-in process, I had to reach out to the property management a couple hours before my arrival to get the check-in instructions. It would’ve been more convenient, and better peace of mind, if they had reached out proactively with the info a day or two before. They reached out two days before check-out to provide departure instructions, the same could’ve been done for check-in. To their credit, they were responsive when I reached out.

Wonderful property, lovely setting! All needs met. We loved walking the trails right across the street that overlooked Woodward property.Convenient grocery store and Starbucks and a couple restaurants.
