Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom mountain home directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort in downtown Park City. Our comfortable and inviting loft-style condo has a spacious & open floor plan, suitable for up to six people. It has incredible features like a large renovated kitchen, high-quality finishes/fixtures/furnishings, a new washer/dryer, and a clubhouse with hot tub, saunas, and pool year-round. It is situated on the 16th hole at the Park City Golf Course and has incredible views.
The open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, HDTV with entertainment, high-speed internet, a gas fireplace, and access to your private deck with mountain views.
On your left, as you enter the property, is a small nook and storage area. Continue down the hallway and find the open-concept kitchen, formal dining room, and large family living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, four burner stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other small household appliances for your vacation needs. The kitchen also features hardwood cabinetry, tons of counter space, and a large breakfast bar with seating for six (6). and it's stocked with corning ware, cookware, dishes, and flatware to prepare your daily meals and host family and friends. From the kitchen, you see the large family living room and formal dining room area with beautiful cathedral ceilings.
The bright and open living area is completely furnished with an oversized leather couch, two (2) single chairs, wood & glass side tables with lamps, an armoire, and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling hardwood mantle with gas fireplace & stone tiling. The living area comfortably surrounds the entertainment area, equipped with a 40" HDTV, DVD player, cable/satellite, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a large formal dining room with mountain furniture, a chandelier, and seating for six (6) people. The living room also offers guests a small den/laptop nook and private outdoor deck access. You can see the Park City Golf Course or the Wasatch Mountains to the west. Also situated on the main floor is the half-bathroom with a pedestal vanity and toilet. The home has unobstructed views of Park City Resort and the Park City Golf Course.
The first bedroom is warm & decorated to suit the atmosphere of the home. It has a beautiful wood bed frame with a king-size bed, a large wood dresser, nightstands, lamps, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a vanity, bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The upstairs floor is where the two other bedrooms are situated. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top, a nightstand and lamp, a closet for storage, and beautiful cathedral ceilings & oversized windows, allowing natural light to fill the room. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large dresser for storage, lighting lamps, and an angled ceiling. The shared upstairs bathroom has a long counter, vanity, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer; however, fans are provided to keep guests comfortable.
Underground parking is available, and one space is designated for this unit. If you have two or more cars, open spaces are provided, and additional parking is available outside our community Clubhouse and pool. The sizable and comfortable Three Kings Clubhouse is made to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The Clubhouse includes a natural stone fireplace, large windows overlooking the fully landscaped property, a vast dining room table, and plenty of seating and space for entertaining. The Three Kings Clubhouse also offers a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub with spectacular mountain views. Three Kings pools and hot tubs are closed yearly between Labor Day & Thanksgiving and again in April, at the end of the ski season, reopening Memorial Day.
The property also enjoys access to a transit stop outside the door that will shuttle guests to Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Canyons Mountain Resort, Tanger's Outlet Mall, and Old Town Park City.
