Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we have addressed your concerns directly with our housekeeping team. We do wish these concerns had been brought to our attention at the beginning of your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them and make your visit more enjoyable. We value open communication and are always available to assist our guests. As disclosed in our listing, the building is undergoing renovations, and construction noise may occur during normal business hours. The balcony is awaiting its final painting, which will be completed along with the remaining balconies in that section. We attend monthly HOA meetings and regularly update our listing with construction progress to keep guests informed. Our condo's spectacular, unobstructed ocean and coastline views are among its most loved features, and we are grateful for the many wonderful reviews from guests who have enjoyed their stays. We genuinely regret that your experience was different. Providing a wonderful vacation experience is something we care deeply about, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us continue to improve. Thank you for your review. I am so sorry about this. However, it is very clearly stated on the description the building is under a massive remodel. I had sent you numerous messages about the 2 pieces of dry wall that had not been painted a few days before you arrived, along with photos. Even with this information prior to your arrival, I was very kind and respectfully refunded all of your money. You apologized multiple times and said it was your friend that was not happy, and you would have been happy to stay there. And I had to have the cleaning crew back because it looked like you napped in multiple beds. But unfortunately I know we cannot make everone happy. And for that, I am very sorry. As you can tell from past reviews, this opinion is not the normal and I strive to make everyone's vacation special. I deeply apologize I could not do that for you.
