Overall a nice place. There were a few hiccups when arriving. Couldn’t log in to the WiFi with the instructions that were available. There was no welcome packet with tags to drop off garbage so we had to leave it on the front porch for someone to pick up. The king size bed has no frame so the mattress is on the floor. Couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace as well. No clear instructions. However the place was very clean and peaceful.

We're glad the peace and cleanliness came through, but you shouldn't have had to puzzle through the wifi, trash, and fireplace on your own. We've shared all of it with our team, including the missing bed frame, to get it sorted. We'd welcome the chance to host a smoother arrival next time!

A very nice place. There was a couple things that could be maintained but other than that we loved the fenced in back yard. Great to take our dogs. Our kids also loved the bunk bed. The host was easy to get in contact with. So overall a very good experience. The only issue we really had was that the neighbor hates dogs. Our one dog doesn't even bark and the other dog only barked on occasion when being let out. But the last night we were there the neighbor hid in the dark by the back fence and barked at our dog and screamed at us. He even threw something at our car. So that wasnt ideal but that isn't the rental homes fault. Just a crazy neighbor that would revv his four wheeler up every night around 12am to 1am.

The fenced yard for the pups and bunk beds for the kids clearly made this the right home for your crew! We're sorry about the situation with the neighbor, which no guest should experience, and we've shared it with our team so we're aware and can address it. We're glad the stay itself was a very good one, and we'd love to host the whole family, dogs included, again!

Great place

Perfectly described location. It was central to all of our family’s activities and was a great starting point. Property was clean and surprisingly spacious. Having a fenced in yard was a godsend because we had our dogs with us. Will ABSOLUTELY look to book this location again on our next trip to the Poconos.

Overall, we really enjoyed this house. We had an issue with one of the bedrooms upon check in and reported it quickly. There seemed to be some miscommunication so it took some follow up to get resolved, but once the lines of communication were properly opened, they handled everything perfectly. We would stay there again for sure.

Lovely stay!

The property was well maintained and spotless. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. There were a lot of little touches that made the stay that much more pleasant, such as dog blankets for our pups. The fireplace was used every night. Trails everywhere for us to take our pups for long walks. Just delightful in every way!
