BRAND NEW & renovated home in Jax, 15 min to Mayo Clinic, 13 min to beach

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly renovated home. Everything is modern and BRAND NEW! Enjoy a nice cozy evening in the backyard next to the fire while your kids play some mini-golf.
This beautiful home has been FULLY renovated in April 2024. It is located in an older neighborhood that is quite and peaceful. It has a gorgeous brand new white kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meal.

Our holiday decor is up from middle of November to about the second week of January. Come hang out and feel all the cozy vibes.

We have a nice king bed suite in the master bedroom, and a queen bed suite in the 2nd bedroom. There is a pull out couch, with a full size mattress inside that can sleep two people comfortably.

The home also includes two full bathrooms one with a stand up shower and one with a garden tub. A huge washer and dryer for all your laundry needs as well.

We also have a beautiful newly renovated backyard with brand new artificial (turf) grass, a mini golf section, and a fire place to relax next to in the most comfortable chairs.

If you are into playing games, we have corn hole available, a ping-pong table in the garage (no AC in the garage available just yet) and some board games if the weather isn't great.

This home fits 6 people comfortably.

Located less then a mile from I-295, 13 min from Hanna State Park aka the beach. 15 min from St. Johns Town center, 20 min to the Mayport Naval Station, 25 min from the JAX airport. 13 min from downtown or the Jaguar Ever Bank Field Stadium. 18 min to Mayo Clinic Hospital and 10 min from UNF.

A TRUE Jacksonville Retreat - 5 Stars!

The beautiful photos completely capture how truly wonderful this home is. The hosts were remarkable and very responsive, ensured the home was immaculate for our check-in! Minutes from several Jacksonville attractions, the home is peaceful and so very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you'd need! There a standard coffee machine AND a Kuerig, an in-fridge water dispenser, and beautiful quartz countertops with bar seats for your crew to spread out for meals.The living room is stocked with comfortable seating, board games and a large TV overlooking an incredible backyard which boasts TURF! There's also a small putting green and a fire pit - It's such a beautiful little oasis in the backyard! (There's also reliable WiFi if you need to connect devices)The bedrooms aren't massive, but they are incredibly well appointed and relaxing. The beds are soft with perfect fluffy pillows and sheets that are as smooth as butter! There's plenty of closet space and nice lighting to set any mood!The restrooms are luxurious with rain shower heads that are perfect to help you start your day! The included toiletries were a nice addition and perfect if you didn't come prepared (the hosts really thought of everything)Lastly, the garage has a washer and dryer, vacuums, additional fans, and a ping pong table for hours of fun with your kids! They even have maps of the area and a fun one for you to add a pin to represent where you travel from.
