We were cold all the time. On the instruction sheet it mentioned a heater but nothing about it's location or how to work it. At the end of out stay;he said he should of told us that info. He offered us a discount on our next booking but that is useless. Who knows if we will every need a VRBO in DC.

Why they chose this property
My neighbors have great neighbors, quiet but close to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. Easy public transport when needed. Great recreation centers. We are next to 16th Street, which ends at the white house, so we are close to the president...lol
What makes this property unique
Solid Washington DC building. It's been renovated, but we kept some of the old charm. Surrounded by trees, Fenced round for privacy.
